disasters are a cash cow for corps, average company's, and mom and pops alike...carpenters, plumbers, architects, welders, landscapers and on and on you name it. Whether or not disasters are best handled at a state or federal level may be worthy of debate but setting up a straw man for dems to bash repubs is silly.
