Free speech takes another hit:
Last month, the California State Assembly passed a resolution urging state educational institutions to more aggressively crack down on criticism of the State of Israel on campuses, which the resolution defines as “anti-Semitism.” The anti-democratic resolution is the latest step in the broader campaign to stifle and suppress dissent on California’s increasingly volatile campuses.

Boy Scouts shielded child molesters: LOS ANGELES - Over two decades, the Boy Scouts of America failed to report hundreds of alleged child molesters to police and often hid the allegations from parents and the public - including cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. A Los Angeles Times review of 1,600 confidential files dating from 1970 to 1991 has found that Scouting officials frequently urged admitted offenders to quietly resign - and helped many cover their tracks.
Right-wing radical anti-Islamist Pam Geller helped fund anti-Muhammed movie, that helped spark recent riots.

Mitt Romney shows his disgusting true colors:
There are 47 percent of the people who will vote for the president no matter what. All right, there are 47 percent who are with him, who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you-name-it. That that's an entitlement. And the government should give it to them. And they will vote for this president no matter what…These are people who pay no income tax.

Just as sickening, if not more, are Obama's lies about what 9/11 did to America:
“As painful as this day is – and always will be – it leaves us with a lesson, that no single event can ever destroy who we are, no act of terrorism can ever change what we stand for,” Obama said at the US military headquarters. “Instead we recommit ourselves to the values that we believe in,” Obama said, adding that because of the sacrifice on September 11, 2001, Americans had come together and “dealt a crippling blow to the organisation that brought evil to our shores.”

In reality, the 9/11 attacks triggered an onslaught of government actions that utterly betrayed “what we stand for” and “the values we believe in,” if the President was referring to notions like limited government, freedom, individual rights, tolerance of dissent. From discretionary wars of immense costs and atrocities to rolling back the Bill of Rights through surveillance, torture, and selective uses of habeas corpus – the broad sweep of state action in response to the attacks did represent a stark abrogation of vaunted American “values.”

to discover who rules over you, simply determine who you are not allowed to criticize.
