"What Planes"?

Ace Baker's no-planes episode is now up. It's pretty good, but not as good of a treatment of the issue as I'd expected. It's probably worth $2 though obviously only if you have an extra $2. He spends a fair amount of time of the lack of "wake vortex" at the WTC, which is an interesting point, but not exactly definitive (it's not clear one could form next to a building where a plane has supposedly crashed, nor is it clear that there is no evidence of it at the south tower). The stuff with Mete Sozen and his Purdue animation is funny, though nothing really surprising in terms of how bogus it was.

Recent anecdotal evidence out of Asia suggests that the flight training received by some civilian airline pilots is based entirely on the aircraft's autopilot functions. Recall that an autopilot is a mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic system used to guide a vehicle without assistance from a human being. This deficiency in their training has been revealed in a most disconcerting fashion: when the aircraft's autopilot malfunctions, the pilots do not know how to actually fly the airplane. In other words, pilots are not actually trained to fly aircraft, i.e. to know how the aircraft responds in real time to actual human intervention/control; they're trained to monitor and manage the autopilot system which does the actual flying. ... Now that the ...l system's autopilot has been fried, they are clueless and increasingly panicky: what does this lever do? Why is the stick so sluggish? We're losing power... there must be an auxiliary power switch, like in Star Trek... Good God, doesn't anyone know how to actually fly this thing? Sadly, the answer is no.

Poor ol' Ace. Still accepting that the most of the videos are "real" -- but with CGI planes "pasted" in.

And now he wants two bucks (AND your personal/financial identity) to sing you the same, tired, disinfo/confusion-drenched chorus.

No wonder the Shack-and-Hoi crowd insist Ace is a shill... even though he's probably just stuck in an ego-driven RUT!!!

The (rather obvious) intel agent promotion piece of the week.

Will it be this fraud again, or Judy Wood, or which other agent next week?

if there is a non-intel agent who is doing something new and interesting relating to 9/11, let me know, ok??? Otherwise, fuck your insinuations.

If you're only familiar, Spooked, with Simon Shack's screen name, but then draw a puzzled blank at the mention of his lil' buddy Hoi Poloi (Robin to Shack's Batman, in other words) -- then you have just displayed your almost complete ignorance of their utterly amazing (even if not totally convincing) 9/11 discoveries of the past three years. HAVE YOU READ HOI'S "VICSIM REPORT" OR NOT??? Mere mention of it is instantly banned at virtually ALL the high-visibility "Truther" websites, which should at least pique your curiosity.

I did later realize Hoi was Hoi Polloi, who I have heard of. I have not studied his and Shack's findings lately, as I have had too many problems with Shack's work before. But I guess you can call me ignorant in this regard, for the most part. I had seen some stuff on "vicsims" before, and got turned off on it. So if you think there is something worth my time over there, can you point me to the page? Or is it very obvious if you search for "hoi polloi vicsim report"?

OK, I found "the report". I will check it out.
