Thoughts of the Day

Yes, Dems are lame, but so are MA voters to vote for the Brown doofus-asshole. The 60-vote "super-majority" in the Senate for the Dems was just an illusion anyway. If the Dems are serious about passing health-care reform, they should still be able to fucking do it. (Whether the final product is worthwhile or not is an entirely different issue.)

The Democrats, lead by Obama are not
interested in passing HC legislation that will bring the U.S. into line with the rest of the civilized world.

If they had intended to do THAT, we would have known it a long time ago.

We thought the NE had the sane ones.

The bellwether? Rep=Safe, or what?
Anyway, scared will be a luxury, soon.

Terrifying, yes, but not from Al Q. The CIA will be broke.

Haiti just a sample?

I am originally from Mass. and I understand the vote. The insurance companies have such control it is a virtual fascist state, and has been for some time. If you are late with your car insurance payment by one minute, the cops get a fax and wait for you to come out and go to work. You are arrested at gun point, the car is stolen and you are fined into oblivion. MA has had a bad universal health care pogrom for a while and Obamacare would be even worse. The people know Obamacare is just another series of chains wrapped around an already enslaved populace.

"In the last days before the special election, as polls showed Brown taking a significant lead, the share prices of health insurance and drug companies shot up,"
