I think "conspiracy theory nerd" applies more to the lareds, bolos,
segers et al. than to you.

Think about it: they obsess about
a conspiracy theory that is totally
absurd. You analyze conspiracies
and try to understand them and place them into a rational worldview.

Thus, I'd say that you are a
conspiracies believer, not a conspiracy theorist or conspiracy theory nerd.; 8:51 PM

Theorist: One who theorizes.

So what's wrong with that? Twisted, like terrorist, to serve an ignoble purpose.
