Political Questions of the Day

Wow, that Sarah Palin pick really worked out well, didn't it? My guess is we'll never see another female vice-president pick again.

How desperate do you have to be to try and smear Barack Obama for his limited association with Bill Ayers, someone who was a violent anti-Vietnam war protester but who is now currently is a Distinguished Professor of Education and a Senior University Scholar at the University of Illinois, Chicago??? Perhaps the key question is-- if Ayers is a terrorist, why is he working for the University of Illinois, and why isn't he in Gitmo?

If McCain were president for the past eight years, what would he have done differently from Bush regarding the economy and Iraq?

Why does anyone listen to Bill Bennett or Rush Limbaugh (or any right-wing blowhard for that matter)? The major questions is WHY are these idiots even in high-profile media jobs?

A. Most people listen to B.B./R.L. et al. because they like hearing from someone they think is important
who provides reassurance that their
anger about the way their lives have turned out is not their fault, rather it's because of the way "the liberals" have/continue to
run the country.

B. Right-wing, high-profile media people are employed and highly paid because attract a huge audience for advertisers.
