The Pentagon Needs More Money

Because, obviously, they don't even have enough money to maintain the barracks for their veterans fighting the current war.

I'm sure the Pentagon would NEVER MISUSE the HUNDREDS of BILLIONS of dollars they get from HARD-WORKING US tax-payers every year.

...and I'm sure Admiral Pinch thinks everything is just fine and has a perfectly reasonable explanation for everything.
