Ahmadinejad’s Letter to Bush

Definitely worth a look. In particular, check out page 4, which discusses 9/11.

Some rare air you lefty moonbats are breathing these days. Imagine...Ahmadinejad being in your corner. Bet you're proud of that. Not every day a national leader of his stature echoes your line. Perhaps you can reciprocate by echoing some of his lines....like the one about annihilating Israel. Or making sure women are covered from head to toe. Or making sure the country is run as a religious caliphate. Or claiming that democracy and liberalism has failed.

Yeah, you got some good 'uns in YOUR corner.

Not surprised, though. You already posted a link to someone claiming bin Laden was framed. You also posted your pleased feelings that Moussaoui did not deserve death, even though by his own admission he had the capability to save lives on 911.

As usual, keep up the stellar work!

Why do I think of Max Headroom - or that commercial of the guy listening to a recorded greeting from a cardboard cutout - pouring rain outside and the recording says "Beautiful day, isn't it?"

I didn't say I agreed with Ahmadinejad on everything, or even ANYTHING for that matter.

I think your vision of Ahmadinejad is a cartoon caricature and he is much more complicated than your version of him. But you always have been susceptible to propaganda, haven't you, Pinch?

I don't agree with Ahmadinejad on most things, but on 9/11, he raises some good questions. Heck, I don't agree with Bush on most things, but I still think he has good points once in a while.

About Moussaoui-- I simply don't believe in the death penalty. I'm not so much into killing people, dig?

STOP THE PRESSES!

Like what? He's abysmal on immigration, isn't strong enough on touting the economy, you claim he has been behind ALL the 911 events, is responsible for a imperialistic view of the US in the world, is a nanosecond away from proclaiming martial law, wants to be (like Chavez) a "permanent" president.

Care to share what you feel his "good points" are?

I don't know Pinch-- why don't YOU tell us what Bush's good points are. Seems like you're having trouble with him yourself. :)

Anyway, I think Bush sucks on almost any substantive issue. Bush is breath-takingly incompetent and duplicitous in many ways, seems to be seriously dysfunctional and possibly even has a malevolent personality. But here are some points Bush and I appear to agree on: 1) terrorists are bad, 2) spreading democracy is good, 3) Saddam Hussein was a bad ruler, 4) Islam is not inherently a bad religion, 5) senior citizens could use a good prescription drug plan, and so forth.

But of course on the question of how Bush deals with these issues, I have a huge problem with what he does. As far as 9/11, I don't really know how much Bush knows and was involved. I don't think I have ever accused him of orchestrating 9/11. But Bush is surely complicit in the cover-up of what was OBVIOUSLY an inside job.
